These gels are to be used with the Belissas Mouth Trays and our Belissas Teeth Whitening Light.

Glycerin, Aqua, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Klorid, EDTA, Citric Acid, Menthol.
1.Brush your teeth thoroughly so that nothing comes between the tooth surface and the whitening gel.
2.Apply a thin line along the front of your Belissas Mouth Trays (the side that will be against the tooth surface).
Be careful with the amount, only approximately 0.5 ml is needed per row of teeth.
4.Bite into the mouth trays and add the Belissas Whitening Light if desired. Treat for 10-20 minutes.
5.When the treatment is complete, rinse your mouth and brush your teeth thoroughly to remove any remaining whitening gel. Also rinse the mouth trays so that they are ready for the next time."2. Connect the dual mouth-try to the Belissas Whitening Light.

5. Bite into the mouth trays. Turn on the lamp and treat for approximately 20-30 minutes.

Repeat the process 1-10 days in a row, or until you have reached the desired result.
If you experience sensitivity take a break for a couple of days.
