Start by washing your face thoroughly and gently drying it, making sure the forehead is free from oils or makeup so the tape adheres properly. Take a pre-cut strip designed for the forehead. For horizontal forehead lines, align the tape just above the eybrows following the natural curve of your brow. For vertical frown lines between the eyebrows, place the triangle part of the tape vertically along the wrinkle, centering on the area of tension. Remove the backing paper, anchor one end of the tape gently on the skin, and smooth down the rest with a gentle stretch — the tape should lie flat but not pull the skin. Lightly rub the tape to warm the adhesive and help it stick. Keep the tape on for 4–8 hours or overnight, depending on your comfort, and avoid getting it wet during application. Peel the tape slowly from one end to the other when removing, pulling parallel to the skin to prevent irritation. Cleanse and protect the skin with a moisturiser and an SPF. For best results, use a new strip each time, do not stretch the tape, and consider combining with gentle forehead massage or facial exercises before application. If irritation occurs, remove the tape immediately.
